1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email), health tracking data (weight entries, recovery logs, feeding records), and preferences. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve our service.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to provide and improve our services, send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets), and with your consent, send our newsletter. We never sell your personal data.

3. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security ensuring you can only access your own data. We conduct regular security reviews.

4. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings. Backups are purged within 30 days.

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
